It is said that “good things come to those who wait”.

In 2014, with a hide of leather and borrowed tools, I handmade a basic tote bag for my own personal use. I felt so thrilled and fulfilled with how it turned out that I took a photo and posted it on my social media. A batchmate from college saw it and asked if she could order six pieces. This single comment turned my crafting into commerce.

I have designed, cut, assembled, and handsewn hundreds of pre-ordered leather bags since then. You may be a friend, family, colleague or someone who discovered CHRISTIAN CERA on your own. Together, we have co-created products that brought a smile to our faces and brightened our days. It has been a delight to engage with you in a personal way.

We are now threading into a new chapter. It had been a long time coming but the wait is over. It is with great pleasure and deep pride that we welcome you to our website. Everything you have come to love about our work remains at the heart of each leather piece: design-driven aesthetics, artisanal methods, mindful production, classic and conversation-starter, fun and functional.

As all good things that take time, I and my small team of artisans continue to tread the path of slow fashion and create with passion. We invite you all to be part of the CHRISTIAN CERA experience and continue to champion Filipino design and craftsmanship.
